Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

Casa Grasso is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Standard Products: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Custom Products: As custom products are made specifically to your personal requirements, returns are generally not accepted. However, if the product has material or craftsmanship defects, we will handle it according to our quality guarantee terms.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product via email ([email protected]) or phone (+1 (207) 776-7515) 2. Provide your order number and reason for return 3. We will review your return request within 2 business days 4. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions 5. Please use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging 6. We will process the refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. The refund amount is the product price, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment.

Please note that refund processing time depends on your payment method and bank processing speed, typically 5-15 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

We will provide a free exchange if the product you received: - Does not match your order - Has material or craftsmanship defects - Was damaged during shipping

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges.

5. Quality Guarantee

Casa Grasso provides a 5-year quality guarantee on all products. Under normal use conditions, we will repair or replace free of charge if: - Structural defects (e.g., frame cracking, loose connectors) - Material defects (e.g., abnormal leather fading, marble cracks) - Craftsmanship defects (e.g., stitching failure, surface finish peeling)

The following are not covered: - Normal wear and aging from regular use - Damage from improper use or maintenance - Damage from natural disasters or accidents - Unauthorized modifications or repairs - Normal characteristics of natural materials (e.g., wood grain variations, marble color differences, natural leather patterns)

6. Damage Reporting

If you receive a damaged product, please: 1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of signing 2. Take clear photos of the damaged areas (both packaging and product) 3. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours 4. Retain all original packaging materials for logistics inspection
