All product information, images, and prices displayed on this Website are for reference only. As each product is handcrafted, actual products may differ slightly from images — this is a normal characteristic of handcrafted goods and does not constitute a product defect.

All product prices are listed in Euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT (IVA) and shipping costs. The final price will be confirmed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping. The Company reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected by price adjustments.

3. Orders & Contracts

Submitting an order on this Website constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is formally established when the Company sends an order confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to reject any order due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, or other reasonable causes.

For custom products, the contract is established when the Company confirms the custom plan and receives the advance payment. Specific terms for custom products will be separately agreed upon in the customization agreement.

4. Payment Methods

This Website accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. All payment information is transmitted through encrypted channels; the Company does not store your complete payment information.

For orders exceeding €10,000, the Company may offer installment payment plans. Please contact our customer service team for specific terms.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, trademarks, and logos, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No content from this Website may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without the Company's written permission.
