Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Casa Grasso offers worldwide delivery. We partner with specialized art logistics companies to ensure every piece of furniture is transported to your home in the safest manner. Our main delivery regions include: all of Italy, EU member states, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia, and more.

For deliveries to remote areas or special destinations, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm delivery feasibility and costs.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination. Orders over €5,000 qualify for free shipping within Italy. Specific shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Reference shipping rates: - Within Italy: €150 - €500 (free for orders over €5,000) - EU Member States: €300 - €1,200 - United Kingdom: €400 - €1,500 - USA/Canada: €800 - €3,000 - China/Japan: €1,000 - €3,500 - Australia: €1,200 - €4,000

The above rates are for reference only. Actual costs may vary based on product dimensions and specific address. Large furniture items (sofas, dining tables, beds, etc.) typically incur higher shipping costs.

3. Delivery Times

Standard product delivery times: - Within Italy: 2-4 weeks - EU Member States: 3-6 weeks - United Kingdom: 3-6 weeks - USA/Canada: 4-8 weeks - China/Japan: 4-8 weeks - Australia: 6-10 weeks

Custom products typically require 8-16 weeks for production, depending on complexity and material availability. Delivery time after completion follows the standard schedule above.

Please note that the above times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors. We provide tracking information after shipment for your convenience.

4. Packaging & Protection

Every Casa Grasso piece uses custom professional packaging: - Multi-layer shock-absorbing foam wrapping - Moisture and waterproof film - Sturdy wooden outer crate - Corner reinforcement protection - Anti-tilt indicators

For fragile components such as marble tops, we apply additional reinforcement measures to ensure safety during transit.

5. White-Glove Delivery

All Casa Grasso products include white-glove delivery service: - Delivery to your door (including upstairs) - Unpacking and removal of packaging materials - Product installation and assembly - Final positioning adjustment - Basic usage and care instructions

Please ensure someone is home during the scheduled delivery window. To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Acceptance

Please carefully inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours.

After receiving the product, please inspect it within 7 days. If you discover any shipping damage or product defects, please contact our customer service team immediately with relevant photographs.
